Where are the UK’s strongest home-sellers’ markets? 

As the housing market returns to more normal activity levels, Rightmove says it is going local to find out where homes are selling best in 2023.

The property website’s latest snapshot of seller activity takes a closer look at housing markets across Great Britain and shows that in many areas the majority of properties listed
for sale are successfully finding a buyer. 

And although the number of available properties is still lower than the same time in 2019, they have steadily improved when compared with the record low levels experienced during
the pandemic. 

According to the company, a typical estate agent now has around 27 properties on their books, up from 15 last year, but lower than the 31 in 2019.
