HOUSE PRICES STILL HIGHER THAN LAST YEAR

Official data shows the cost of an average house in the UK rose by 4.1% in the
year to March, but fell compared to the previous month.
The Office for National Statistic’s house price index reported that the price of an
average home was £285,000, which is 1.2% OR £3,000 lower than February, but
still £11,000 higher than twelve months ago.
But how does this compare to the local Sidcup property market?
